terms of services
- PayPal is the only accepted form of payment. No refunds.
- It may take me up to 4 months to finish the commission. Unless it is a priority commission then it will be completed within the agreed deadline.
- You are not permitted to claim my work as your own. Be sure to credit my art when posting to other sites.
- You will receive the digital art file, NOT the printed art.
- It can cost more if you want your artwork to remain private and not posted. Vtuber models and commercial commissions are exempt from this.
- If the design is too intricate, the concept pose or idea bothers me, or I can't draw it, I have the right to reject a commission request. If you're unable to provide me with the PNG files, I'm also permitted to change or eliminate specifics like intricate patterns. If you want me to draw it but lack the necessary files. I'll charge more for the specifics.
- As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios/artbooks.
- Please remember that my art is continuously changing, so there can be slight variations between the illustration you receive and the examples provided. If something unexpected occurs and you need to cancel your waitlist spot, or you would like your spot removed from the list, please let me know. Before I begin your commission, you are also free to alter your character. If you have previously made a payment and your new character has additional specifics, though. I'm entitled to request payment for the further information.
PAYMENT PROCESS
- I accept payment via Paypal.
- All fees are paid upfront.
- If your payment is not received within 48 hours, your commission order will be canceled. I do not accept split payments or payment plans. You must specify in your commission request whether someone is using a trade or voucher to pay for your commission.
- I'll give you a complete refund if I'm unable to complete your commission. Beyond that, no refunds.
COMMISSION PROGRESS
A draft sketch will be given to the commissioner for approval. You will then receive a clearer draft for a second approval. When you receive these sketches, please indicate all the adjustments. If everything is acceptable, I'll start working on the artwork.
Please be advised that I only offer a few revisions during the drawing stage. Be up front about the adjustments you want, but keep in mind that I only accept so many edits. Please don't list anything that isn't a vital detail or adjustment.
There will be a charge based on the adjustments if you want to make any unmentioned alterations to the final product. Any information I provide that is incomplete or inaccurate will be corrected at no cost.
Priority commission:
If you wish to skip the waitlist and would like to receive the finished commission by a certain deadline, you can order a priority commission. Up to 70% of the original price is charged as the priority fee.
WHAT ARE PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USE COMMISSION?
Personal use means the artwork won't generate any kind of profit. Using it as wallpaper/avatar in non-profit sites (Deviantart, Toyhouse, Twitter, Instagram, etc), printing for yourself (not for selling) is personal use.Commercial use is any use that could generate income, or that solicits customers, or that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains, such as using the artwork for your brand (marketing materials, business purposes, etc) or social media platforms that are able to gain profit (Twitch/Youtube/etc). Please note commissions for VTuber characters count as commercial use if my work is used as a streaming asset or to market in any kind of way.
